Spaces are deliberately arranged to take advantage of the site’s sloping topography, drawing coastal breezes and ocean glimpses deep into the home while maintaining a sense of privacy from the street. The open plan living quarters flow out to covered balconies and rear spaces, encouraging an indoor-outdoor lifestyle that reflects the rhythm of its location. 

Externally, a tactile palette of off-form concrete anchors the building, softened by vertical timber screening and cascading greenery. As a result, we have a cohesive home, informed and attuned to its surrounding landscape.
