KINCOPPAL APARTMENT

A complete interior renovation of an existing apartment within the iconic Kincoppal building in Elizabeth Bay, this project reworks the layout and finishes to create a calm, cohesive living environment. The design prioritises spatial clarity, material consistency and a strong sense of flow throughout.

Natural stone, oak and brass are used across key surfaces and joinery, providing warmth and continuity from room to room. Curved elements and integrated details soften transitions between spaces, while concealed lighting enhances texture and volume without distraction.

The apartment’s outlook across Sydney Harbour provides a dramatic backdrop, but the interior is deliberately restrained focused on proportion, comfort, and long-term function. Each space has been carefully resolved to feel quiet and enduring, with a material palette that balances refinement and durability.
