KINCOPPAL APARTMENT
ON GADIGAL LAND
A complete interior renovation of an existing apartment within the iconic Kincoppal building at Elizabeth Bay, this project reworks the layout and finishes to create a calm and cohesive living environment. The design prioritises spatial clarity, material consistency and a strong sense of flow.
Natural stone, oak and brass are used across key surfaces and joinery, providing warmth and continuity from room to room. Curved elements and integrated details soften transitions between spaces, while concealed lighting enhances texture and volume without distraction.
The apartment’s outlook across Sydney Harbour provides a dramatic backdrop, with the interior deliberately restrained focused on proportion, comfort, and long-term function. Each space has been carefully resolved to feel calm, with a material palette that balances refinement and durability.
